| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨四君子汤对脾气虚证大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)的影响。方法:以大黄法、游泳力竭法、饥饿法三因素复合方法复制脾气虚证大鼠模型,造模大鼠随机分成模型组和四君子汤组,在用药后不同时间(7d1、4d、21d)观察四君子汤对血清GAS含量的影响。结果:四君子汤组的血清GAS含量随着用药时间的延长呈递增的趋势,用药21d时与模型组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤能改善脾气虚证大鼠的低GAS水平,这可能是其治疗脾气虚证的机理之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of si junzi decoction(SJZD) at different time points on serum gastrin in spleen-qi deficiency rats.Methods: Spleenqi deficiency syndrome was induced in rats by compound methods which including rhubarb,exhausting and hunger.Spleen-qi deficiency rats were randomly divided into the model control group and SJZD group.Serum gastrin in different groups was observed at different time points(7d,14d,and 21d).Results: The level of serum gastrin in rats of SJZD group was increasing with the length of the treatment.At 21d point,for the serum gastrin,there was significant difference between SJZD group and the model control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The regulation on serum gastrin is possibly one of the mechanisms of SJZD for spleen-qi deficiency syndrome. |
