麝香保心丸对家兔急性心肌梗死的影响(英文)

目的 :研究麝香保心丸对心肌梗死的影响。方法 :使用家兔心肌梗死模型 ,比较服用麝香保心丸或美托洛尔对家兔心肌的梗死范围、心电图指标和血浆肌酸磷酸激酶的影响。结果 :与阴性对照组比较 ,服用麝香保心丸或美托洛尔的家兔 ,其结扎后梗死范围均明显减少 (P <0 .0 1)。麝香保心丸组和美托洛尔组心电图的ST的升高幅度也均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。同样 ,麝香保心丸组和美托洛尔组CPK的上升幅度均显著小于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :麝香保心丸能改善心肌缺血引起的心肌梗死

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin Wan in a rabbit model of acute myocardial infarction

AIM: To study the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Wan (SXBXW) on myocardial infarction. METHODS: Myocardial infarction was evoked by ligation of the left coronary artery in rabbit.Either SXBXW (1 pill, qd for 3 d) or metoprolol (4 mg·kg -1 , once) was administered before the ligation. Infarct zone size, ECG parameters and serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) were measured. RESULTS: The infarct zone size of SXBXW group and of metoprolol group were (7.0 ± s 1.0)% and (6.3±1.5)%, respectively, both of which were significantly smaller than that of control group [(14±4)%, P <0.01)]. Administration of either SXBXW or metoprolol significantly decreased the elevation of ST segment levels [(0.8±0.6)mV; (0.6±0.6)mV] as compared to that of the control group (1.6±1.0)mV ( P <0.05). Likewise, the increments of CPK values in SXBXW and metoprolol group were (231±69)% and (262±58)%, which were signficantly smaller than that of control group [(351±46)%, P <0.01]. CONCLUSION: SXBXW can improve the ischemic myocardial infarction.
