| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨髓内支撑植骨内固定治疗老年肱骨近端复杂骨折的临床效果.方法 对63例老年肱骨近端复杂骨折行骨折切开复位、髓内支撑植骨、内固定术,术后平均随访时间31.5个月,采用Neer分型和评定标准分析疗效.结果 62例在术后4个月内骨折骨性愈合,1例发生肱骨头无菌性坏死,Neer 3部骨折优良率86.9%,Neer4部骨折优良率为35.3%,总优良率为73.1%.结论 老年人肱骨近端复杂骨折,其主要病理变化足骨质疏松和骨折部位骨缺损,髓内支撑植骨内固定能够恢复或重建肱骨近端正常解剖关系,有利于骨折愈合和肩关节功能恢复,是老年肱骨近端复杂骨折有效治疗方法.
