| 摘 要： | 目的 利用样本地区2010年相关数据,分析新型农村合作医疗住院实际补偿比的适宜变动范围.方法 借鉴世界卫生组织关于灾难性卫生支出的界定标准,确定个人卫生支出适宜比例,进而推算样本地区住院实际补偿比的适宜范围.结果样本区、县新型农村合作医疗住院实际补偿比没有超出适宜补偿范围.结论 应明确规定适宜保障水平,防止新型农村合作医疗保障过度福利化现象的发生.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Data from the sampled districts was used to analyze the suitable scope of practical compensation ratio of hospitalization expenses under the New Rural Cooperative Medical Schemes（NCMS）. METHODS Draw the lessons of catastrophic health expenditure defined standard of WTO, it determines suitable ratio of individual health expense and calculates the suitable scope of practical compensation ratio of hospitalization expenses. RESULTS The practical compensation ratio of hospitalization expenses of sampled districts fall within the scope. CONCLUSION Suitable medical care level of NCMS should be provided in order to prevent excessive welfare of medical care insurance. |
