断指再植与功能康复的护理

目的：探讨断指再植与功能康复的护理措施。方法：选取2006年1月-2008年1月间在我院接受断指再植术并接受全程康复护理的患者42例为观察组，未接受全程康复护理的患者42例为对照组，随访观察两组患者的断指再植成活率及功能康复情况。结果：观察组44指均存活，存活率为100％，对照组44指存活43指、存活率为97．73％，两者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组优良率为97．73％，对照组为77．27％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：全程康复护理能显著地促进患者再植断指功能的恢复。

Nursing on replantation of amputated finger and functional rehabilitation

Objective ：To invesgate the nursing measure on replantation of amputated finger and functional rehabilitation.Methods： 42 cases received the whole range nursing of replantation of amputated finger and functional rehabilitation were set up as the observationg group,and the 42 cases who did not receive the whole range nursing of functional rehabilitation were set up as the control group, and all of patients were followed-up to reeord the survival rate of replantation of amputated finger and the functional rehabilitation levels. Results：There were 44 fingers（100%） alived in the observation group and 43 fingers（97.73%） alived in the control group, and there was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）.The fineness rate was 97.73% in the observation group and 77.27% in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The whole range nursing of replantation of amputated finger and functional rehabilitation can prompt the functional rehabilitation of amputated finger, so it is worth being used widely.
