摘    要:目的:验证三维激光外轮廓扫描对标准模型牙颈部形态扫描测量及形态重构的可靠性,为CAD/CAM研制种植体牙龈美学成型基台做准备。方法:我院修复科实验室保存的全颌国人标准模型牙,取上颌5--5共10个,通过三维激光扫描获得模型牙颈部外轮廓点云数据,利用Surfacer图形处理软件对图像旋转及基本处理后测量模型牙的颈宽、颈厚、冠宽、冠厚;精密游标卡尺手工测量各牙位相应指标,手工与计算机测量结果做统计学差异性检验(SPSS11.5)。结果:激光三维扫描模型图像清晰、完整,无盲点及缺损,图像相关部分经软件测量与手工测量相比较无统计学差异。结论:使用高精度激光扫描系统对标准模型牙进行立体扫描,方法简便易行,图形较好地复制了原物形态,与模型精度一致。激光立体扫描后所得三维图形作为牙颈部CAD/CAM的基础数据,可用于设计并制作种植体美学牙龈成型基台。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to testify the accuracy and reliability of 3-dimentional laser scanning of surface contour of standard dental model.Methods 10 maxillary standard dental model in maxillary esthetic zone(5 5)were measured both by 3D laser surface scanner and in manual way.The data of two groups were statistically analyzed with spss10.0 software.Results The graphs of point-cloud obtained from scanning outspace of standard dental model were accurate,clear and having no defects.Absolute errors are less than 0.05mm,and comparative errors are less than 1% between computer measurement and manual measurement.No difference can be found in statistics.Conclusion 3-dimensional laser surface scanning is reliable and accurate for standard dental model,and the obtained graphs can be used as basal data to develop esthetic abutment with CAD/CAM technique.
