形状记忆镍钛合金夹绝育后兔输卵管粘膜上皮细胞的形态学观察

为探讨形状记忆镍钛合金输卵管夹绝育的可逆性,本研究对13只新西兰雌免的一侧输卵管置夹,另一侧作正常对照。7个月后取置夹输卵管子宫端与对照输卵管作光镜和超微结构观察,发现置夹输卵管粘膜皱襞减少,管腔扩大;内有息肉增生和上皮包涵体;纤毛细胞纤毛脱落、空泡变性。但受损粘膜皱襞陷凹处仍有较正常的上皮组织;分泌细胞的功能受损较轻。在距夹3mm 之外,几为正常的上皮组织。结合以前研究结果,我们认为,该夹用于输卵管绝育具有良好的可逆性。

Morphological Changes of Oviductal Mucosa after Sterilization with Shape Memory Titanium Alloy Clip in Rabbits

In order to study the tubal lesions subsequdnt to sterilization with shape memory titaniumalloy clip in 13 rabbits,one lateral oviduct of rabbirt was blocked by the clip for seven month,the other was as control.Based on the observation by light and electron microscopes,it was showedthat in seven months the area adjacent to the blocked sites distensed lumina,attenuated mucosalplicae polyps.Deciliated cells,secretortry cells with fewer microvilli could be found,but in thecryots of mucosal folds isolated patches of normal epithlium were also found.In distal area,such as three minimeters outside the blocked sites,there was no morphologicaldifference between the blocked tubes and controlled ones.It was demonstrates that the change of theproximal portion of the tube induced by the clip is limited and therefore the sterilization with thisclip might be of good reversibility.
