| 摘 要： | 目的:研究广佛手配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以总固物得率、挥发油提取率和5,7-二甲氧基香豆素提取率为考察指标,采用正交设计筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果:通过正交试验确定的最佳提取工艺为:以药材饮片投料,12倍水提取2次,每次1h。结论:所优选的工艺条件稳定可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis(FCS) Formula Granule. Methods:Taking extraction yields of solids,volatile oil and 5,7-dimethoxy-coumaring as investigation index,the best extraction process was screened by orthogonal experimental design. Results:The optimum condition of extraction process was that the decoction pieces were decocted two times in 12-fold water,one hour each time. Conclusion:The optimum extraction process was simple,reasonable,stable and useful for further development. |
