| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察卡托普利对肾性高血压大鼠肥大心肌内皮素 (ET)的影响 ,探讨心肌肥大的发生机制。方法 :制作肾性高血压动物模型 ,以左心室与体重之比为心肌肥大指数、放免法测定心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)与ET的变化。结果 :肾动脉狭窄术后 8周 ,心肌肥大指数显著升高 ,心肌AngⅡ与ET均显著升高 ,卡托普利使心肌肥大指数 ,心肌AngⅡ与ET水平显著下降。结论 :AngⅡ可能通过诱导ET分泌增加参与肾性高血压所致心肌肥大的发生 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effects of captopril on endothelin in the development of cardiac hypertrophy in hypertension.Methods: The animal model of renal hypertension was made by two kidnay one clip operation. The blood pressure, the ratio of left ventricular weight to body weight, the level of endothelin and angiotension Ⅱ of heart were measured at 8 week.Results: The blood pressure, cardiac hypertrophy parameter, the levels of endothelin and angiotension Ⅱ significantly increased verus control group at 8 week after operation.treatment with captopril, the blood pressure, the cardiac hypertrophy parameter.the levels of endothelin and angiotension Ⅱ returned to the levels of control group.Conclusion: The results suggest that the course of cardiac hypertrophy might be participation of endothelin induced by AngⅡ. |
