关节置换术病人结合营养治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床探讨

目的关节置换术结合营养治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折临床探讨。方法随着社会老龄化骨质疏松状况严重,骨折发生率呈上升趋势。老年性股骨粗隆间骨折多为粉碎性属于不稳定性骨折,内固定后发生固定不牢卧床时间长,负重后易骨质破坏容易发生髋内翻,肺部感染、下肢静脉栓塞等并发症。因此,我院自2006年1月至2009年8月采用骨水泥型人工关节置换术结合临床营养治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折38例取得良好疗效,结果应用人工假体置换术注重营养治疗股骨粗隆间骨折取得满意效果,是一种行之有效的临床治疗手段,需继续观查随访术后远期情况。
