摘    要:目的了解某市游泳池水微生物污染现状,保障游泳者的身体健康,为有效地预防控制介水传染病提供科学依据。方法按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》(GB/T17220—1998)的要求,随机抽取游泳池水样,按照《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》(GB/T18204—2000)和《化妆品卫生规范》对游泳池水进行检测。结果2008~2011年共检测游泳池水样667份,合格566份,总合格率为84.86%。其中,2008—2011年合格率分别为80.59%、84.08%、85.71%、88.95%,不同年份间合格率比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。细菌总数、大肠菌群合格率分别为87.86%和92.35%。不同类别游泳场所和泳池不同区域均有一定的差异。结论游泳池水质存在一定的安全隐患,有关部门应加强游泳场所卫生管理工作,进一步改善游泳场所卫生状况。

Abstract:Objective To ensure the health of swimmers and to provide scientific support for the effective prevention and control of waterborne infectious diseases by investigating the sanitary status ofswimming pools water. Methods The water samples were randomly collected from different swimming pools according to the Standards for Sanitary Supervision Technique of Public Entertainments ( GB/T 17220-1998 ). The samples were then detected according to the Standard Testing Methods for Public Entertainments ( GB/T 18204-2000 ) and the Standard+ for Cosmetics Sanitation. Results 566 of the 667 ( 84.86% ) water samples tested during the period of 2008 to 2011 met the standards; and the rate was 80.59% in 2008, 84.08% in 2009, 85.71% in 2010, and 88.95% in 201 l. There was no significant difference among the four years. 87.86% of the samples met the standards for bacterial count and 92.35% met the standards for coliform group. There was some difference among different sorts of swimming pools or different areas of the pools.Conclusions The quality of swimming pools water has some potential safety hazard. Supervision should be strengthened to improve hygienic condition of swimming pools.
