中西医结合治疗甲型病毒性肝炎的疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗甲型病毒性肝炎的临床效果。方法将我院甲型病毒性肝炎患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规西医综合治疗措施，在此基础上观察组给予中西医结合治疗，评估两者治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及总胆红素均低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率为96．67％，对照组为73．33％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均无明显的治疗副反应产生。结论中西医结合治疗甲型病毒性肝炎的疗效明确，安全性高，值得应用。

The efficacy of combination therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for type A viral hepatitis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for type A viral hepatitis. Methods 60 patients with type A viral hepatitis were randomly assigned to receive monotherapy with Western medicine （ control group ）, or Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine （ study group ）. The efficacy was assessed in both groups. Results Levels of glutamate pyruvate transaminase, glutamic-oxal （ o ） acetic transaminase, and total bilirubin were lower in the study group than in the control group, with a significant difference （ P〈 0.05 ）. There was a significant difference in the total effectiveness rate between the study group and the control group （ 96.67% vs. 73.33%, P〈 0.05 ）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusions Combination therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for type A viral hepatitis is efficacious and safe. It is worth being used.
