银杏达莫注射液联合脑复康治疗血管性痴呆81例疗效观察

目的研究银杏达莫注射液联合脑复康治疗血管性痴呆的效果。方法将81例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予脑复康片0．2g口服治疗，每次2片，每天3次，连续服用2个月；治疗组在此基础上给予银杏达莫注射液30ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，15d一个疗程，连续应用3个疗程。记录比较两组患者治疗前后MMSE、HDS及ADL评分结果。结果两组患者接受治疗后评分结果均明显好于治疗前（P〈0．01）且治疗组评分结果显著好于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论银杏达莫注射液联合脑复康治疗血管性痴呆有显著临床效果，值得推广应用。

The efficacy of ginkgo dipyridamole injection combined with piracetar for vascular dementia

Objective To explore the efficacy of ginkgo dipyridamole injection combined with piracetar in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods 81 patients were randomly assigned to receive oral piracetar of 200rag alone, thrice daily for two months （ control group ）, or oral piracetar combined with ginkgo dipyridamole injection of 30ml for 3 courses （ study group, 15 days for each course ）. The scores for MMSE, HDS, and ADL were compared with the baselines in the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of MMSE and HDS were significantly higher than that in the observation group （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the ADL score was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Ginkgo dipyridamole injection combined with piracetar for vascular dementia is efficacious and is worth popularizing.
