| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床路径在择期剖宫产健康教育中的应用价值。方法选择我院剖宫产术的产妇共100例，入选产妇随机分为临床路径组及对照组，观察两组患者住院时间、费用、健康知识掌握情况、满意度。结果临床路径组住院时间、费用、健康知识掌握情况、满意度均优于对照组。结论运用临床路径进行健康教育能提高产妇的满意度及对健康知识的掌握程度，有利于缩短住院时间及减少医疗费用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of clinical pathway in health education in elective Caesarean section. Methods 100 pregnant women undergoing elective Cesarean section were randomly divided into clinical pathway group and control group. Length of hospital stay, medical costs, level of health knowledge, and patient satisfaction with medical services. Results The clinical pathway group was superior to the control group in length of hospital stay, medical costs, level of health knowledge, and patient satisfaction with medical services.Conclusions Health education by using clinical pathway can increase levels of health knowledge and patient satisfaction with medical services, and shorten length of hospital stay, and lower medical costs. |
