鼓室注射呋麻液治疗分泌性中耳炎的体会

摘    要:目的观察鼓室内注入呋麻液治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效.方法 42例(50耳)分泌性中耳炎患者行鼓膜穿刺,并向鼓室内注入呋喃西林麻黄素液作治疗组.对照组41例(50耳),鼓室内注入地塞米松5mg.对两种方法的疗效进行比较.结果治疗组总有效率88.0%,对照组总有效率72.0%,经X检验显示两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论鼓膜穿刺并注入呋嘛液治疗分泌性中耳炎有较好的疗效.

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ephedrine and furacillin solution (EFS) injected into the tympanium through tympanic membrane puncturing on secretary otitis media (SOM). Methods 83 cases with SOM were included in this study, with 42 cases (50 ears) in treating group(TG) treated by EFS injected into the tympanium and 41 cases(50 ears) in controlling one (CG) treated by dexamethasone (5mg) injected into the tympanium as well. Then, the therapeutic effects of these two therapies were compared with between them. Results The total effective rate was 88. 0% in TG and 72. 0% in CG with a significant difference between them (P<0. 05). Conclusion The therapy of EFS injecting through puncturing to the tympanic membrane into the tympanium is more effective than that of dexamethasone injecting in this way.
