结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物皮试对吸毒肺结核患者的检测及其意义

目的研究结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物皮试 (PPD)对吸毒肺结核病人的检测及其临床意义。方法设立吸毒组 (G1)和非吸毒组 (G2 ) ,两组均为临床确诊为活动性肺结核患者 ,给予PPD皮肤试验。结果G1PPD皮试阳性率较G2低 ,两组间比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,而PPD皮试强阳性率亦较G2为低 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论对吸毒的肺结核可疑患者尽管其PPD试验阴性 ,仍应常规行胸片及痰涂片检测 ,以提高诊断符合率。

The Clinic Significance of Purified Protein Derivative (PPD)Test in Drug Addict with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To study the clinic significance of purified protein derivative(PPD) test in drug-addict patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The PPD tests were carry out on the drug-user(G1)and non drug-user(G2)patients with clinically active pulmonary tuberculosis.The positive rates in two groups were compared each other and checked by chi-square test.Results The positive rate of PPD test in the drug-user group(G1)was lower than that of G2(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups was significant .The strongly positive rate of PPD test in G1 was also lower than that in G2 ,but there was not a statistical significance ( P>0.05).Conclusion The routine examination sach as X-ray chest fluorscopy and sputum smear for tubercle bacillus should be applied to the drug-user,though the reaction to PPD is negative in them.
