| 摘 要： | 目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定八珍袋泡茶中芍药苷含量的方法.方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm.结果 芍药苷在0.102 8 ～ 1.285 μg范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为A=1 189.9C+7.363 3,r=0.9999.平均加样回收率为102.0％,RSD=1.4％(n=6).结论 本法简便、准确、专属性强,测定结果重复性好,可以作为八珍袋泡茶中芍药苷的定量分析方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Bazhen Daipaocha by HPLC. Methods ODS-C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 ？m） was used, acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid （13∶87） was the mobile phase, detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.102 8-1.285 ？g. The regression equation was A=1 189.9C＋7.363 3, r=0.999 9, and the average recovery was 102.0% with RSD of 1.4% （n=6）. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper, and the reduplication of the result was good. It can be used to determine paeoniflorin in Bazhen Daipaocha. |
