摘    要:目的 探讨强化饮食和运动干预对高血压病患者动脉弹性功能的影响,旨在使患者建立良好的饮食与运动行为习惯.方法 选择无运动禁忌症的高血压病患者共86例,随机分为干预组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),干预组在降压药物治疗的前提下进行强化饮食和运动干预;对照组仅接受单纯药物治疗.实验期6个月,对比分析两组患者的体重、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DPB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG),动脉弹性功能等各项指标的差异.结果 采用药物治疗加强化饮食和运动干预,各项代谢指标、动脉弹性功能明显优于单纯药物治疗.结论 强化饮食和运动干预能改善高血压病患者动脉弹性功能,高血压患者对相关知识了解不足,有待于加大健康宣教力度.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of intervention of exercise and enhanced diet on the arterial elastic function in hypertensive patients,to establish good habits of diet and exercise among those patients. Method Eighty-six hypertensive patients with no contraindication for exercise were selected and divided randomly into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given ongoing drug therapy plus intensive diet and exercise,while control group accepted drug therapy only.6 months later,seven indexes were analyzed,including weight,body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),blood cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and arterial elastic function.Result The metabolic indexes and the arterial elastic function in experimental group were better than that of control group.Conclusion Enhanced dietary and exercise intervention can improve arterial elastic function in hypertensive patients,which is little known among hypertensive patients,Thus we need to reinforce the health education.
