| 摘 要： | 目的探讨家庭随访对髋关节置换术（total hip arthroplasty，THA）患者日常生活活动能力（abilities of daily living，ADL）的影响。方法将72例THA患者随机分为对照组和家访组。对照组给予常规出院指导；家访组在常规出院指导的基础上进行家庭随访并给予康复指导。采用Barthel指数评分比较两组出院时、术后3个月、6个月、1年的ADL。结果家访组术后3个月、6个月、1年的Barthel指数评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论通过家庭随访进行规范化的康复指导，是帮助THA患者完成整个康复过程、增强其ADL、提高生活质量的有效措施。
