摘    要:目的建立同时测定甘草浸膏中甘草酸和甘草苷含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP—HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Zorha SB—C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-1%磷酸为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为276nm,梯度洗脱,采用外标法定量。结果甘草酸进样量线性范围为7.6~15.1μg,r=0.9998(n=6),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.8%(n=6);甘草苷进样量线性范围为0.3~0.8μg,r=0.9998(n=6),平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=1.7%(n=6)。结论RP—HPLC法简便、可靠、快速、重现性好,可用于甘草浸膏中甘草酸和甘草苷的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of lycyrrhizic acid and liquirtin in Extractum Glycyrrhizae by RP-HPLC. Methods RP-HPLC was used. The operating conditions were Zorba SB-C18 column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was at 276 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range was obtained between 7.6- 15. 1 μg( r=0. 999 8) and 0.3-0.8 μg( r=0.999 8) of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin, respectively. The average recovery rate was 99.3% and 100.0%, respectively with corresponding RSD of 1.8% and 1.7% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, convenient, rapid and reliable with good reproducibility, which is appropriate to the determination of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in Extractum Glycyrrhizae.
