| 摘 要： | 目的 认识经尿道前列腺电汽化术病人血糖以及血钠改变。方法 对100例前列腺增生症病人电汽化术后立即给予抽血查血钠、血糖。结果 低血钠为21人占21％，平均值为127．87mmol/L，高血糖者为65人，占65％，平均值为14．06mmol／L；结论 切破前列腺包膜是引起高血糖、低血钠的最直接和最显著因素。手术时间过长也有一定关系。观察血糖的改变是更快和简捷方法之一．有效防止电切综合征发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the alteration of hemo-sodium and hemo-glucose after transurethral vapor-resection of prostate(TUVP)opration.Method Examination of hemo-sodium and hemo-glucose in 100 cases BPH after TUVP operation immediately.Result Hyponatremia in 21 cases (21%),mean value 127.87mmol/L;hyperglycemia in 65 cases(65%), mean value 14.06mmol/L; Conclusions Direct and prominent cause of hyponatremia and hyperglycemia is the perforation of the prostate capsule.also,long duration of TUVP operation is relative.Observation of hemo-glucose is the fast and simple method to prevent transurethral resection of syndrome effectively. |
