彩色多普勒诊断先天性心脏病主动脉窦瘤破裂15例

目的:通过彩色多普勒诊断15例先天性主动脉窦瘤破裂与手术结果对照分析,探讨科学合理的诊断方法。方法:将15例主动脉窦瘤破裂临床表现、超声诊断与手术结果对照,分析探讨该病临床表现及彩色多普勒声像图特征。结果:主动脉窦瘤破裂临床难以确诊,彩色多普勒特异性强为首选检查方法。结论:只有密切结合临床并科学合理应用彩色多普勒技术,才能做出比较准确的诊断及鉴别诊断。

The clinical analysis of 15 cases of rupture of congenital aneurysm of the sinus diagnosed by the Colored Doppler

Objective:Through the analysis of the contrast between the 15 cases of congenital rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm diagnosed by the colored Doppler and the surgical operation results,explore the scientific and reasonable diagnostic method.Methods:Analyzing and exploring the clinical manifestation of this disease and the feature of the colored ultrasonic cardiogram by making a contrast among the clinical manifestation of the 15 cases of rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm,ultrasonic diagnosis and the surgical operation results.Results:It is hard to make an accurate diagnosis of the rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm clinically;the colored Doppler is the examination method as the first choice for it has very strong specificity.conclusion :Only apply the colored Doppler technology scientifically and reasonably and combine it with the clinical reality closely,can make fairly accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
