摘    要:目的了解长沙市第一医院2008年临床分离痰培养真菌分布及耐药状况,以指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法采用MIC法检测5种抗真菌药物对544株真菌MIC,并进行数据分析。结果(1)544株真菌中白假丝酵母菌分离率最高为238株(43.8%),其次为光滑假丝酵母185株(34%)和热带假丝酵母84株(15.4%);(2)真菌分离率居前5位的科室是呼吸内科、神经内科、ICU、神经外科、血液科;(3)药敏结果显示伏立康唑和两性霉素B最好,敏感率为98%。结论长沙市第一医院临床标本中真菌感染仍以白假丝酵母菌为主,真菌感染率较高,应重视真菌病原学检查及药敏监测,以指导临床合理选择和使用抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of fungus strains isolated from sputum specimens in the First Hospital of Changsha in 2008,and to guide the clinical doctors to select antibiotics correctly.Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 5 antibacterial agents were determined by MIC method for 544 fungus strains,and the results were analyzed.Results Among 544 fungus strains,238 strains were Candida albicans (43.8%),185 strains were Candida glabrata (34%)...
