金属钛夹在上消化道出血性疾病中的临床应用

目的探讨金属钛夹治疗上消化道活动性出血的临床效果。方法对海军安庆医院68例上消化道活动性出血病例,其中溃疡活动性出血45例、胃Dieulafoy病变5例、息肉电切术后12例、贲门黏膜撕裂6例。分别接受1～5枚金属钛夹治疗,术中术后观察出血情况。结果68例首次止血率100%,8例48h再出血,经胃镜检查均为金属钛夹脱落,其中6例经再次金属钛夹止血成功,2例为巨大溃疡出血再次金属钛夹止血未获成功,转外科手术治疗。总有效率97.06%,本组无穿孔并发症。结论采用胃镜下金属钛夹治疗上消化道活动性出血可取得较好的临床效果。

Clinical Application of Metal Titanic Clips on Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

[ Objective] To investigate the clinical application of metal titanic clips for upper gastrointestinal bleeding. [ Methods ] 68 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in Anqing Navy, Hospital （ including 45 cases of ulcer bleeding , 5 cases of stomach Dieulafoy lesions, 12 cases of post-polypectomy and 6 cases of Mallord-Weiss syndrome ） were treated by 1 - 5 metal titanic clips ,the intraoperative and postoperative bleeding were observed. [ Results] The initial hemostasis rate of 68 cases was 100%. 8 cases bleed again 48 hours later, of which 6 cases were stanched by metal titanic clips successfully, 2 cases of huge ulcer bleeding with treatment failure of metal titanic clips were subsequently treated with operation. The Total effective rate was 97.06%, and without complications of perforation. [ Conclusion ] The gastroscopy metal titanic clips for upper gastrointestinal bleeding had a good clinical effect.
