| 摘 要： | 细胞凋亡在胎盘的发生发展过程中起着举足轻重的作用。正常妊娠各期胎盘细胞增殖与凋亡之间处于不同的平衡状态 ,这种平衡一旦被打破则导致流产、早产、胎儿宫内发育迟缓、妊高征等病理妊娠 ,危及母儿安全

| Abstract: | Apoptosis plays an important role in the process of placental growth and development. A balance between proliferation and apoptosis of placental cells is maintained at different level, in different terms of normal pregnancy. If the balance is broken, various kinds of pathological pregnancies, such as abortion, premature labor, IUGR and PIH would occur, in turn, the mother and the fetus might be in danger. |
