40例子宫肌瘤外周血和卵巢血的五项激素变化

通过４０例子宫肌瘤及１９例子宫内膜异位症，对外周血和卵巢血的雌二醇（Ｅ２）、睾酮（Ｔ）、孕酮（Ｐ）、黄体生成素（ＬＨ）、促卵泡激素（ＦＳＨ）等五项激素进行放射免疫法测定，发现不论子宫肌瘤增生期还是分泌期，卵巢血Ｅ２显著高于外周血，Ｔ、Ｐ、ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ均无显著差异，而子宫内膜异位症组Ｅ２、Ｔ、Ｐ、ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ卵巢血和外周血均值相比，都无显著差异。提示卵巢分泌雌激素增高是子宫肌瘤的主要发病因素，治疗上只有用抑制雌激素制剂才有效。肌瘤摘除手术后，应用有效的激素制剂可防止复发，保留子宫。

LEVEL OF 5 HORMONES IN PERIPHERAL AND OVARIAN BLOOD

Level of estradiol(E2),testosterone(T), progesterone(P) ,lnteotropic hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the peripheral and hovarian blood of 40 cases of uterine myoma and 19 cases of endomet riosis were defermined by radioimmanoassay. In myomas, E2 level in ovarian blood was significantly higher than that in peripheral blood. No difference was noted with T, P, LH and FSH.In endometriosis,there was no difference between the level of all these 5 hormones in the overian and peripheral blood. The resalt suggests that hypersecrvtion of the estrogens plays an important role in the pathogenesis of uterine ymoma and ertrogen supprasants will be effetive for the treatment as well as prevention of reonrrence after myomectomy, thus making hysterectomy unnecessary.
