| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究偏头痛中医分型的血液流变性的变化。方法 :99例偏头痛患者分为风寒型、肝旺型、痰湿型、瘀血型。观察不同中医分型血液流变性的变化。结果 :不同中医分型的血液流变性的变化似有明显不同。结论 :偏头痛不同中医分型的血液流变性变化的侧重、轻重似有不同 ,究其病因 ,辨证施治 ,配合降粘、抗凝等治疗 ,可望收到良效

Hemorheological Changes of Different Traditional Chinese Medicine Types in Migraine |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study hemorheological changes in different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) types of migraine.Method: 99 cases of migraine were divided into wind cold,liver sthenia,phleym dampness,blood stasis based on difference of TCM types.The hemorheological changes of the different types were observed.Results: Different TCM types of migraine tend to have different hemorheological changes with different severity.Conclusion: Hemorheological changes may be one of the indexes to diagnosis different TCM types of migraine.Based on difference of symptoms and signs,it is expected to be effictive to combine other treatments with decrease of the viscosity of blood and anticoagulatn. |
