学龄期儿童适应技能评定量表的编制

目的：编制一套适合我国6岁至16岁半儿童的适应技能评定量表。方法：根据2000年全国第5次人口普查资料分层按比例取样（n=1420）．建立量表的城市年龄常模。结果：常模样本基本反映人口结构，儿童年龄、性别、父母文化程度和职业分布与人口资料基本吻合．具有较好的代表性；项目分析结果表明本量表适应技能各领域项目具有较好的区分度；信度和效度检验结果均符合测量学要求。结论：学龄期儿童适应技能评定量表基本达到了设计目的和预期水平。

Development of Adaptive Skill Rating Scale for School-aged Children

Objective: To develop an adaptive skill rating scale for Chinese children aged 6 to 16.5 years old.Methods: ASRSCC(adaptive skill rating scale for Chinese School-aged children) consisted of five domains: communication skill,daily living skill,socialization skill,labor skill and maladaptive behavior.National norms were established for urban(n=1420) children,and the individuals of both standardized samples were satisfied according to the 2000 census variables of age,sex,region,paternal education and occupation.Results: There were no significant differences between the standardized samples and national population data on the variables of age,sex,region,paternal education and occupation.Item analyses showed the items of ASRSCC had satisfactory indexes of item discrimination.Acceptable internal consistency and test-retest reliability estimates were obtained for total and domain scores.The average correlation between ASRSCC and China Revised Wechlser Intelligence Scale for Children(C-WISC) were low to moderate(0.27-0.66).Conclusion: The structure,reliability and validity of ASRSCC are acceptable.
