| 摘 要： | 目的观察双环醇治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的方法,选择80例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组接受治疗,治疗组40例,每日服用双环醇片75mg;对照组40例,每日服用护肝片12片,均连续用药12周。观察治疗前后血清氨基转移酶水平。结果疗程结束两组血清氨基转移酶均下降,治疗组更为显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论双环醇治疗慢性乙型肝炎生物学效应高,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical efficacy about the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with bicyclol.
