| 摘 要： | 肿瘤的发生、发展是多因素参与的多步骤多阶段过程,随着科学技术的不断发展,人们对肿瘤的认识不断加深。KLF6是近年来新发现的抑癌基因,其突变、缺失和表达减少等可见于多种肿瘤,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,本文就KLF6及其在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | The development of tumor is a course influenced by many factors and steps.With the development of science and technology,people has more and more knowledge about tumor.KLF6 is a novel tumor suppressor gene,which is functionally inactivated by mutation,deletion or low expression.This article reviewed the progress of KLF6 in tumor. |
