速效消炎膏质量控制

摘    要:目的 :探讨速效消炎膏的定性定量分析方法。方法 :采用显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴定样品中黄芩、芙蓉叶、姜黄、大黄、黄柏、冰片 ;采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷含量 ,色谱柱为C18,以甲醇∶0 .4 %磷酸溶液 (4 7∶53)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 80nm。结果 :显微鉴别特征明显、薄层色普清晰 ,空白样品无干扰 ;黄芩苷平均回收率为 (99± 3) % ,RSD为 3.35%。结论 :该实验简便、可行 ,重复性好 ,可用于速效消炎膏质量控制。

Abstract:AIM: To probe the quanlity and control of Suxiao Xiaoyan Gao. METHODS: The microscopy and TLC were applied to identify Scutellaria baicalensis; Hibiscus mutabilis; Curcuma longa; Rheum palmatum; Phellodendron chinese and borneol. The HPLC on C18column was used to determine the content of baicalin in Suxiao Xiaoyan Gao. Mobile phase was methanol∶0.4% phosphoric acid solution(47∶53). Detection wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS: The micro-character and thin-layer chromatography was clear with no disturbance of negative sample. The average recovery of baicalin was (99±3)%, RSD was 3.35%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and feasible. Its repetition is well. It can be used as a quality control method of Suxiao Xiaoyan Gao.
