郑州市住院产妇满意度调查与分析

目的了解郑州市住院产妇对医疗服务的满意度现况并分析其可能的影响因素,为提高医疗服务质量提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷对郑州市13家公立医院的750例住院产妇进行满意度问卷调查,并采用SPSS13.0统计软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果住院产妇对医院总体服务满意率为97.4%,其中前三项主要影响医院总体服务满意度的因素为护士操作技术(OR=4.01)、出院指导(OR=2.83)和药品材料费用价格(OR=2.79)。结论郑州市公立医院的医疗服务得到了住院产妇的高度认可,从护士操作技术、出院指导和药品材料费用等方面作出改进,更能有效提高产科医疗服务质量。

Survey and Analysis on Satisfaction Degree of Hospitalized Puerpera Women in Zhengzhou City

Objective： To learn about the current situation of the hospitalized puerera women＇s satisfaction with medical service,analyze the possible influencing factors and provide the base for the improvement in medical service quality. Method： The authors make questionnaires themselves for the survey of 750 hospitalized puerera women＇s satisfaction in13 public hospitals and do the statistical analysis on the data with SPSS13. 0. Result： The general satisfaction degree of hospitalized puerera women is 97. 4%,of which the first three items affecting the general satisfaction degree with hospital service are： nurse＇s operation technique（ OR = 4. 01）,discharge instructions（ OR = 2. 83） and the price of pharmaceutical material cost（ OR = 2. 79）. Conclusion： The hospitalized puerperal women in public hospitals of Zhengzhou City think highly of the medical service. The improvement in nurse＇ s operation technique,discharge instructions and pharmaceutical material cost can further upgrade medical service quality in obstetrical department.
