Probe and Analysis at the Payment by Type of Disease under the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in a Hospital

In 2011, Beijing took the lead in the launch of pilot reform on DRGs in China, which was pushed to thewhole nation afterwards. The implementation of DRGs is really conducive to reducing financial burden of medical treatmentof the patients covered in the new rural cooperative medical system. However, to carry out specific policies needs the activecooperation and implementation of medical institutions. By researching the implementation of DRGs of the new rural cooperative medical system in a hospital of class A, grade three, the author learns that some effects and problems coexist in theactual DRGs implementation by medical institutions and provides some bases for the reasonable improvement in DRGscovered in the new rural cooperative medical system.
