| Abstract: | The authors of the paper comb the historical background of the professional gaining for hospital presi-dents and divided domestic training classes into three kinds the ones organized by all levels of governmental organizations,by all kinds of industry associations and the ones with the training projects provided by colleges, analyze the characteristics, advantages and shortcomings of all kinds of training classes and provide the bases for the further scientific and stand-ardized trainings for presidents. |
