| Abstract: | Standardized training and examination on resident doctors is the important link in training qualified clin- ical doctors. Taking the Second Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University as an example, the authors introduce the background and present situation of the standardized training of resident doctors and the practice of examination for the trai- nees, put forward suggestions for the improvement and solutions to problems and provide the reference for the sustainable improvement in the training.. |
