摘 要: | 超过七成的医务人员把"医患沟通不到位"视为医患关系紧张的首因,而选择漏诊疗或误诊疗、医学局限性、过度诊疗、服务态度差、工作压力大等方面诱因的均不超过五成。在患者看来,不愉快的就医感受、不合理的就医要求、心理落差和心理症状等方面的因素也会诱发医患关系紧张。医患双方要善于从自我做起,从细微之处入手,改善医患关系。

Abstract: | Over 70% of medical workers put"poor doctor-patient communication"the primacy cause for the tense doctor-patient relationship while no more than 50% of them attribute it to missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis,medical limitations,excessive diagnosis and treatment,poor service and work stress. However,the patients think that the tense doctor-patient relationship can be triggered by such factors as the unpleasant experience of seeing a doctor,unreasonable demand for seeking medical treatment,psychological gap,mental status and so on. Both doctors and patients should start from themselves and from every minor detail to improve doctor-patient relationship. |
