医患沟通培训及其在医学教育中应用的探讨

随着医患关系的内涵和外延日趋丰富,医患沟通能力越来越受到医务工作者及医院管理者的重视。因此,除基本理论、基本知识、基本技能的传统"三基"教育之外,对医生进行正确处理医患关系、掌握良好医患沟通技能的培训也成为当今医学教育的重点。目前国内的在校教育和毕业后教育在医患沟通的内容上更偏重于理论知识的传授,欠缺交流技能的培训,在各类医学考试中,重操作技术考核,轻沟通技能评估。因而目前迫切需要探索一套实用性强、应用范围广的医患沟通培训内容。

Exploration of the Training for Doctor-patient Communication and Its Application in Medical Education

With the increasingly rich connotations and denotations of doctor-patient relationship, the communication ability has been attached greater and greater importance by medical workers and hospital managers. Besides, the traditional education on the＂ three basics＂ of theory, knowledge and technique, the present focal point of medical education is that doctors must be trained to deal with doctor-patient relationship correctly, and master the skills for doctor-patient com- munication. Currently, the education of doctor-patient communication education in and after college has been focusing on theoretical knowledge and there has not been enough training of communicative skills. And operative techniques have been stressed over communicative skills in all kinds of medical examinations. Thus, it is urgent to explore a set of practicable training contents of wide application scope for doctor-patient communication.
