| 摘 要： | 预约挂号是缓解患者挂号难、合理安排就诊时间的有益举措。医院建立了基于精细化的预约挂号平台并持续改进,将各种渠道的预约信息进行整合排序,统一管理,使预约诊疗服务的信息流、业务流、费用流在医院内部的各个业务系统间能够共享,为患者、医护人员、管理人员提供方便、快捷、精确的应用体验。

| Abstract: | Appointment register is an effective way to alleviate the difficulty for register and useful exploration of reasonable arrangement of time for treatment. This hospital sets up the platform for precise appointment register, makes constant improvements, and integrates reservation information of all channels in order and unified management so that all business systems can chare the information flow, business flow and cost flow of reserved diagnosis and treatment service within the hospital. Therefore, the hospital can provide a convenient, fast and accurate application experience for the pa- tients, medical staff and managers. |
