| Abstract: | Refined management, as the development trend of modern hospital management, is indispensable for hospitals to improve medical quality and operating efficiency. Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the origin of refined management and its theoretical system, and focus on the latest advance of refined management theories in the implementation. Starting with the exploration of the development origin of refined management, the authors analyze the connotation and development of refined management and probe into the theories of synergetic lean management chain. |
