摘    要:目的 观察低功率毫米波经皮肤辐射能还引起大血中活性氧、一氧化氮及其相关酶的改变,以探索其作用机制。方法 应用波长5.6mm、功率密度10mW/cm^2极高频电磁波辐射大鼠腰背部皮肤,每天1h,连续7d,采集心血4ml,测定其血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、氮 氧合酶(NOS)活性以及脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果 辐射组T-SOD、NOS活性下降,NO含量减少,MD

Abstract:Objective To examine the changes of active oxygen,nitric oxide and their related enzymes in rat serum by millimeter wave and their mechanism. Methods Use 5.6 mm,10 mW/cm 2 extremely high frequency electromagnetic wave (millimeter wave) to irradiate the skin on waist and back of rats once daily (1 h) for 7 d, and then to collect the blood from rat heart each for 4 ml and to investigate the activities of total superoxide dismutase (T SOD) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) as well as the contents of lipid peroxide (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO). Results For the group of radiation, the activities of T SOD and NOS decreased, meanwhile the contents of NO declined,but no significant difference was observed in MDA. Conclusion 5.6 mm, 10 mW/cm 2 electromagnetic irradiation can attenuate the activity of some enzymes in rat serum,but not cause significant impairment of their blood cells.
