| 摘 要： | 本文采用苯酚-浓硫酸法，用756型紫外分光光度计对不同产地的银耳样品进行了多糖的含量测定；在回收实验中，回收率为99．2％，CV＝1．8％（n＝6），结果令人满意，说明本法可行。

| Abstract: | The polysacharose content in the tremella of diffrent producing areas was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid by the 756 ultraviolet spectrophotomeny. The recovery is achieved 99.2%, CV=1 .8%(n=6) with satisfactory results. |
