驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵睡眠质量相关因素的研究

目的探讨驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵睡眠质量的影响因素。方法随机整群抽样,抽取某部驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵700人,用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)分别测评其睡眠质量、心理健康水平、个性及其相关性。结果(1)有效问卷681份,睡眠质量差者166人,占总调查人数的24.38%。(2)睡眠质量差者SCL-90总分及各因子分、SAI、TAI、N、P分值均显著高于睡眠质量可者。健康总体自测、生理健康、心理健康及社会健康分值均显著低于睡眠质量可者。(3)回归分析PSQI分值与SCL-90总分、恐怖、精神病性、神经质、焦虑、偏执、特质焦虑、敌对、人际关系及掩饰性有相关性。结论驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵睡眠质量的主要影响因素为心理健康状况、特质焦虑及掩饰性等。

Study of Related Factors on Sleep Quality among Army Truck Drivers on the Gobi Desert

Objective To explore the influence factors of sleep quality among the soldier truck drivers in the army on Gobi desert.Methods Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),SCL-90,STAI,EPQ and SRHMS were used to evaluate the sleep quality,mental health,personality and its dependability among 700 truck drivers in the army on Gobi desert by the method of random cluster sampling.Results(1) There were 166 drivers who were in poor sleep quality among the 681 utility questionnaire forms.(2) Compared to the good sleep quality,there were significant decreases in total SCL-90 and all its components,SAI,TAI,and N and P values in poor sleep quality.(3) Regression analysis revealed the main factors related to sleep quality were total SCL-90,photic anxiety,psychoticism,neurotic trait,anxiety,Paranoid ideation,trait anxiety,hostility,interpersonal sensitivity and lying.Conclusion The main influence factors of sleep quality among the army truck drivers on the Gobi desert are mental health,trait anxiety and lying.To aim directly at all of these,we can elevate their sleep quality.
