降脂通脉方抗高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的实验研究

给家兔喂饲胆固醇饲料 8周形成实验性高胆固醇血症和动脉粥样硬化斑块 ,部分家兔于第 8周开始加用降脂通脉方喂养 16周 ,在不同的时间测量家兔血脂 ,实验结束后观察动脉壁的光镜及电镜改变。结果显示 :降脂通脉方能显著抑制血清总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)及甘油三酯 (TG)的上升。说明降脂通脉方能对抗实验性高脂血症 ,抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。

Experimental Study of the Effects of Jiangzhitongmai Recipe on Hyperlipemia and Atherosclerosis in the Rabbits

The rabbits acquired hypercholesterolemia and atherosclerotic plaques after being fed with cholesterol forage for 8 weeks, and then, some of the rabbits were fed with the forage mixed with Jiangzhitongmai Recipe (JR) from the 8th week for 16 weeks. The level of blood lipid was detected at different times and the changes in the arterial walls were observed with the optical microscope and the electron microscope in the rabbits. The results showed that JR could significantly inhibit the increase of the levels of serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride, which suggests that JR can relieve experimental hyperlipemia and inhibit the formation of atherosclerotic plaques.
