医学微生物学实验教学中创新型人才培养探析

摘    要:实验教学是培养学生创新意识、动手能力及科研能力的有效手段。近几年来,天津医科大学医学微生物学教研室在建设国家精品课程和国家双语教学示范课程的过程中,依托学科优势,实施实验教学体系改革,建立了创新型人才培养教学模式。本文从优化教学方式、改革教学内容、加强实践能力、评价教学效果等方面,对医学微生物学实验教学进行了探讨与总结。

Discussing on cultivation of innovative talents in practical teaching of medical microbiology
Abstract:Experimental teaching was an effective approach to cultivate students'creativity,practical ability and scientific research ability.In the construction of national fine-designed course and national bilingual model course.we took advantage of the specialty disciplines to reform the content of experimental teaching and establish the new model of experimental teaching system.In this article,the practice and experience of experimental teaching were shared in the aspects of teaching model,teaching content,enhancement of students'practical ability and evaluation of teaching effect.
