辛伐他汀干预治疗对不稳定心绞痛患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的:研究不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者辛伐他汀短期干预治疗前后血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)、纤维蛋白原水平的变化,探讨不稳定心绞痛患者短期应用辛伐他汀对血清hsCRP、纤维蛋白原的影响。方法:142例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为辛伐他汀组(72例)和常规治疗组(70例),辛伐他汀组在常规治疗组基础上加服辛伐他汀(40mg/d),治疗前和治疗3d后检测血清hsCRP、纤维蛋白原和血脂水平。结果:两组患者hsCRP、纤维蛋白原水平明显升高(P<0.05),干预治疗后辛伐他汀组血清hsCRP浓度、纤维蛋白原水平显著降低,但血清hsCRP浓度与纤维蛋白原水平降低与血脂的变化无明显相关。结论:辛伐他汀短期干预治疗显著降低不稳定心绞痛患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白浓度与纤维蛋白原水平。

Abstract:Objective:To study the change of plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and fibrinogen concentrations in patients with Unstable Angina(UA),and to explore the influnce of Simvastatin on hs-CRP and fibrinogen concentrations in very short time. Methods:One handred and fouty-two patients with UA were randomly divided into two groups,one group accepted Simvastatin (40mg/d) on the base of routine therapy. For all patients,the concentrations of plasma triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL- cholesterol , hs-CRP and fibrinogen concentrations were measured in fasting state and three days later. Results :The plasma hs-CRP and fibrinogen concentrations increased significantly (P<0.05).After three days,lipids levels ,hs-CRP and fibrinogen concentrations did not significantly changed in routine-therapy group compared to the baseline, while the plasma hs-CRP and fibrinogen concentrations significantly changed in Simvastatin group. The reduction of plasma hs-CRP and fibrinogen concentrations was not significantly related to the changes of plasma lipid level. Conclusion:Simvastatin effectively reduced plasma hs-CRP and fibrinogen concentrations in patients with UA in very short time.
