颅内原发淋巴瘤的MRI诊断

目的分析颅内原发淋巴瘤的MRI特点，以提高诊断的正确率。方法回顾性分析15例经手术病理证实的原发性颅内淋巴瘤的MRI资料。结果单发13例，多发2例，幕上11例，幕下4例。幕上11例中8例位于大脑半球深部侧脑室旁，3例皮层下脑白质，幕下4例中3例位于第四脑室，1例位于小脑半球。T1WI呈等信号12例，稍低信号3例，T2WI稍高信号1例、等信号9例、稍低信号5例。增强后8例呈明显均匀的结节样强化，4例呈结节样强化伴有内部小囊变坏死，3例呈散在絮状强化。瘤周水肿轻度3例，中度10例，重度2例。结论原发性脑内淋巴瘤大多具有较典型的MRI特征，对其MR特点的正确认识可以提高其诊断正确率。

The primary intracranial lympoma:MRI findings

Objective To investigate the MRI features of primary brain lymphoma and improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods MR materials of 15 patients with primary brain lymphoma confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed.
