| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对异位妊娠声像图特征的分析，以提高其诊断及鉴别诊断的水平。材料与方法：回顾分析２０１例异位妊娠的超声特征，对术前Ｂ超诊断与术后病理诊断进行对比分析。结果：Ｂ超诊断符合率为９０．５％（１８２／２０１）。主要表现为盆腔内不同回声的包，伴有子宫增大或腹腔内游离液体。结论：Ｂ超是简便、无创伤诊断异位妊娠最理想的检查方法，应做首选。

| Abstract: | Objective:To increase the reliability of normal diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by analysing the features of B-mode ultrasound echosonogram.Materials and Methods:Compare the preoperative B-mode ultrasound diagnosis for 201 cases of ectopic pregnancy with the postoperative pathological diagnosis.Results:The accuracy is 90 5%.The main characteristic of ectopic pregnancy is that there are some different echo lumps in pelvis,and with increased uterine or dissociated water in abdominal cavity.Conclusion:The B-mode ultrasound is the best woundless method to diagnose ectopic pregnancy. |
