摘    要:纤维增强超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)是一种性能优异的复合工程塑料,分析它在纤维断裂时的细观应力场具有重要意义。为此,探讨了单向纤维增强复合材料的断裂机制及其破坏应力场计算原理,计算了碳纤维(T300,AS)填充UHMWPE复合材料在单根及多根纤维断裂时的应力和应力场集中因子,并对计算结果进行了分析。

Abstract:Carbon fiber reinforced UHMWPE has excellent properties,it is important to analysis its micro stress field when rupture produced in fiber.This text discussed ruptured mechanism of unilateral fiber reinforced composites and its stress field calculation theory.Carbon fiber(T300,AS)reinforced UHMWPE's stress and stress field centralized factors were calculated when one or more fibers ruptured,and the conclusions were analyzd.
