B-Lynch改良缝合法预防双胎妊娠剖宫产术后出血

目的探讨B-Lynch改良缝合法预防双胎妊娠剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法对双胎妊娠手术152例采用前瞻性观察方法,随机分为观察组（B-Lynch改良缝合组）76例和对照组（常规处理组）76例,观察两组术中出血量、术后24h出血量。结果观察组术中、术后24h出血量明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组产后出血、产褥病发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 B-Lynch改良缝合法预防双胎妊娠剖宫产术后出血效果明显,值得临床推广。

Improved B-Lynch suture technique for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of twin pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the improved B-Lynch suture technique for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of twin pregnancy.Methods 152 cases of twin pregnancies using prospective observational method were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group（the improved B-Lynch suture group） and the control group（conventional treatment group）. There were 76 cases in each group. The blood volume during the surgery and 24 hours after surgery were observed.Results The blood volume during the surgery and 24 h after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group, so there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The rate of postpartum hemorrhage and puerperalism in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, there were significant differences between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of improved B-Lynch suture technique for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of twin pregnancy is obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.
