X线摄影诊断腰椎间盘突出症30例

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症腰椎x线片的影像学特点及临床意义。方法本院经手术确诊为腰椎间盘突出症患者30例，对其x线资料进行回顾性分析，总结腰间盘突出症的x线特点。结果本组30例患者中，24例表现为椎间隙前窄后宽或宽窄一致，占80％，21例表现为突出间盘相邻椎体缘的硬化和唇样增生，占70％，20例表现为腰椎曲度变化，占66．67％，18例表现为椎体后缘后翘，占60％，18例表现为许莫氏结节，占60％。CT检查对腰间盘突出症诊断的确诊率高于x线检查，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论CT检查优于x线检查，对手术方式的选择有重要意义。在基层医院，x线片检查仍然对诊断腰间盘突出症有重要的价值和意义。

The analysis on the results of X - ray diagnosis of 30 patients with intervertebral disc

Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze the X - ray features of 30 cases lumbar disc herniation radiographic tha~ were diag- nosed by operation in our hospital from Feb 2010 to Feb 2011. Results Among the 30 patients, 24 cases showed intervertebral space after consistent width wide or n arrow front, accounting for 80. 00%. 21 cases showed prominent disc adjacent vertebral margin of the hardening and labial hyperplasia, accounting for 70. 00%. 20 cases with lumbar curvature variation, accounting for 66. 66%. 18 cases showed the pos- terior margin of the vertebral body, accounting for 60. 00%. 18 cases showed Schmors nodule, accounting for 60. 00%. CT examination has a higher examination rate than that of X - ray （88 % vs55.4% ） to confirm the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation, which has statistical differ- ence （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Although CT is superior to X - ray examination, On the choice of the mode of operation has important sig- nificance. X -ray examination has important value and significance in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation, which can significantly im- prove the diagnosis rate combined by clinical characteristics. Especially in the primary hospital.
